Crystal Lens Implant
Crystal LensTM C&C Vision - was invented by a British eye surgeon who went across the Atlantic (Stuart Cummings). This device actually moves in the eye and provides accommodative power just like we have in our early years. Surgeons have to be obsessive about lens calculation as well the operative procedure to ensure the device works properly. The device does work and is the first of its kind to receive approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Restoring the power of …

I had the crystal lens implants a few years ago and my life has been an absolute nightmare ever since. I would caution anyone who is considering this procedure to check out at least 2 to 3 reputable eye doctors before making any kind of decision to do this. Find a doctor who is not in the business only to make money. I had one in Baltimore who was an irresponsible surgeon and a risk taker. She was more interested in her own facelift than my eyes. She shouldn’t be allowed to hold a knife.

Hi. What you are witnessing is lens implantation surgery. Usually performed on people with cataracts (such as myself, but I haven’t had the procedure done yet, I’m researching it, hence why I’m here). Cataracts is the clouding of the eye’s lens, most people get it when they’re really old, I was born with it (I’m 21). They replace the natural clouded lens with an artificial, unclouded one. My vision’s pretty bad so I’m looking into this new type of lens implant, the crystallens.

Be very careful with this procedure. Think about it VERY, VERY carefully!!!! You can’t undo this if you are not happy!

i just had a crystal Len put in yesterday with no discomfort, today they took off the patch.the eye is still a little blurry which can take time as the eye muscle has to start working again,so right now its wait and see, pardon the pun
